Climate change discussions proceed at the CoP 27
A conference of parties involving countries with the aim of achieving the world’s collective climate goals is being held from 6-18 November 2022 in Egypt.

Dr. Felician Kilahama has been the chairman of African Forestry from 2018 to 2022. The organization recognizes and appreciates the efforts made by our former chairman in facilitating sustainable commercial forestry in Tanzania.

The committee advises the Minister of Natural resources and Tourism on the creation of a conducive business environment. The meeting was held this week from the 2nd to the 3rd November 2022. African Forestry as member continues to advocate for diversification of forestry products to ensure sustainable commercial forestry is possible through improved wood utilisation.
